Spooky History & Ghost Investigations in Edinburgh

Oh Wow! - what can I say!!.. Just got back from one of the most amazing historic/paranormal city's you can ever visit, Edinburgh. While there we had the chance to checkout a selection of the World's Most Haunted Locations - including a full ghost investigation in the Blair Street Vaults!

Ever since seeing the vaults on 'Most Haunted' and 'Ghost Adventures', we knew we had to experience them and the city for ourselves.

With Danny and Michelle in tow, and a suitcase full of ghost investigation equipment - we set out on what was to become our biggest and best investigation yet.

Spooky Spainish Hols 2009

Well.. back in the UK now, seems we brought the weather with us! ;)
Always a good thing.. So what do Ghostie people do on their hols? they try to find even more!

As I'm still in the holiday mood and feel like writing about it, here's a quick rundown of what we did over the 10 days we stayed in Torremolinos (Costa del Sol)..

Arreton

lthough time has changed many of the industrys and dwellings that originally settled here - the ancient village of Arreton has proudly been part of Island life for over 1000 years.

Arreton has many secrets to share with us...

Sitting in the shadow of Arreton Manor (see special locations), you can find the old 'Craft Village'. Here you can find tradesman working away in their workshops, just as they would of many years ago.

It's as though you've taken a journey back through time !

The Longstone

hat is the Longstone ?, well to be honest.. nobody really knows !

We know its a very ancient site, with two prominent stones situated right in the middle of a cleared area. We know they have been used for many years in rituals - but we dont have any answers as to what it 'really' is, we can only speculate.

Infact the journey to find it can be just as mysterious. There are no signposts or information, its even missing from some maps. It took us 2 attempts to find it, and that was with a map !.
